Sentricon* Termite Colony Elimination System

A serious threat to homes and businesses
To subterranean termites, your home is a food source, and they will work 24 hours a day, destroying your building from inside the wood.
Houston and South Eastern Texas are located in the area of the United States most at risk of termite infestation. Among other problems, termite feeding causes sagging floors, loose trim and cracked plaster, and can eventually lead to major structural repairs.

How Sentricon* works

Installation procedure

First, your property is inspected for signs of termites.

Then, Sentricon* stations are placed in the soil around your property.
The stations are checked regularly for signs of termite damage. When termites are found they will be transferred to a Baitube device containing Recruit* 4 termite bait, which is then placed in those stations.
The captured termites will feed on the bait, tunnel out and send other nestmates back to feed on the bait. As they do, the colony starts to decline and will eventually be eliminated. After a colony has been eliminated, the bait will be replaced with new monitoring devices. We will continue to inspect these to dectect a new colony that might invade your poperty.

Benefits vs liquid treatments
Sentricon* treats your home and grounds with no drilling, no mess and no odors. Also, installation, monitoring and baiting can usually be achieved without entering your home, which means you don't need to be present for scheduled visits.
