Guardian Service Plan

Why choose the Guardian Service plan?
The Guardian Service Plan is our recommended service to inspect and treat the inside of your house, garage and attic. We use a "reduced impact" treatment of baits, gels and dusts, and place them where the pests live, not where you do.

What pests are included?
We inspect and/or treat for roaches, inside ants, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, rodents, crickets, weevils, centipedes/milipedes and scorpions.

What areas are covered? The Guardian Service Plan includes an inspection and treatment of your home's attic, outside perimeter and the inside and outside of your garage. In addition we inspect your home's eaves, windows, plumbing areas (kitchen, bath, and laundry room), doorways and weepholes and treat these areas as needed.

What type of warranty is included?
Each Guardian Service carries a 90 day warranty. We recommend a regularly scheduled service every three months to protect your home and family all year. With this quarterly service you not only recieve a discounted rate, but also if you have problems with any of the covered pests between appointments, we will return at no additional cost.

Additional services
The Guardian Service is designed to protect the inside and perimeter of your home against invading pests. Additional services are available for other outside pests on a one time or regularly scheduled basis.
